AGM | Notice of AGM + Materials

La Maison des Collines officially invites you to the Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on June 27, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. at the centre communautaire multifonctionnel de Cantley, located at 6, impasse des Étoiles in Cantley.
In order to celebrate the enjoyment of being able to meet again, we have decided to tag on a small social gathering where we will be serving coffee and dessert (at the same location). If you would like to join us for the coffee and dessert only, you are welcome at 7:30 pm. This social gathering will allow us to extend the pleasure of seeing each other again.
Attached you will find the proposed agenda. All donors and volunteers who have contributed during our 2021-2022 fiscal year are considered members of La Maison des Collines. Being a member in good standing gives you the privilege of voting at our Annual General Meeting.
We would like to take this opportunity to inform you that we are currently looking for individuals to serve on the Board of Directors. If you are interested in applying, please send us your resume and a statement of interest explaining why you would like to serve on the Board of Directors and how you feel you can contribute to the mission of La Maison des Collines. Your application must be received by 4:00 pm on Friday, June 17, 2022. For all the details, you are invited to have a look at our website by clicking lamaisondescollines.org.
Your presence at the Annual General Meeting is important to us because the votes at the meeting allow us to validate the evolution and development of our organization. It also provides an opportunity for you to learn about our accomplishments over the past year and it’s also a way to support and encourage us in pursuing our mission for our community.
