- Presentation and adoption of the financial statements 2018-2019
- Presentation of amendments to the Règlements généraux
- Election of four members of the Board of Directors for 2019-2022
- Questions from the audience
- Close the meeting
Membership cards for new members for 2019 – 2010 will be on sale at the entrance for $20.00 granting the right to vote at members’ meetings and to a lifetime membership.
