Logan Vaillant Named Executive Director of La MDC

On behalf of the Board of Directors, I am pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Logan Vaillant as the new Executive Director, effective October 2, 2023.
Logan, who has over 10 years of experience in management, has been involved in the MRC des Collines community for five years now. He is recognized for his innovative, inclusive, and mobilizing leadership. His ease for developing and approaching donors and partners is a perfect match for our team, which achieves its mission through the collaboration of all employees, volunteers, and board members.
“We are delighted to welcome Logan to the La Maison des Collines family,” says Amanda Mayer, Chair of the Board. “I’m certain that his human qualities, ability to mobilize teams, and strategic leadership will contribute to the growth of La Maison des Collines,” she adds.
His strategic vision, experience in philanthropic development, sensitivity to palliative care, network, and involvement in a number of initiatives in the Outaouais region will be invaluable assets in the next phase of La Maison des Collines’ evolution.
Logan will be able to put his skills to good use to continue to build on the success of La Maison des Collines in the search for excellence and best practices in respite and palliative care and their dissemination in collaboration with its partners in the healthcare network and the community.
